REFUND POLICY

In-Store Purchases

Please choose carefully when making purchases in-store at GLDNN as no refund will be issued for change of mind.

GLDNN accepts exchange or store credit if items are returned in-store:

  • within 7 days from purchase
  • unworn and in original condition.

In-store credit is valid for 12 months.

Online Purchases
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will happily offer you an exchange, credit or refund provided the Terms & Guidelines as stated below are met.

For Australian orders, a return request must be made within 7 business days of your order being delivered. For International orders, a return request must be made within 14 business days of your order being delivered.

Returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using a reliable courier such as DHL. GLDNN will not be responsible for any items lost in return.

 

RETURN POLICY 

Returns will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within a reasonable timeframe. Faulty merchandise will be subject to the manufacturer’s assessment. Return and exchange can only be made on one occasion. If an item is deemed faulty, you may request an exchange for another item, or a store credit. This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law.

Items that become damaged due to wear and tear or accident are not considered faulty.

 

Terms & Guidelines

Due to hygiene reasons, underwear and earrings are not accepted for change of mind returns.

Ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined below.

If returning an item from outside Australia, please clearly mark the outer package with ‘Returned Goods’, to avoid any customs charges. Most importantly, ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied. GLDNN is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made. Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed.

All returned items must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.
We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. 

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.

If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused.

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.

We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Re-Sale Goods

GLDNN does not provide returns or exchanges for any re-sale products.

Eg. Adidas, Adidas Yeezy, Certified Lover Boy, Chinatown Market, Fear of God ESSENTIALS, Nike, Nike x Off White, Nike x Travis Scott, Palace, Supreme, Supreme x The North Face.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted for discounted products unless deemed faulty.

Gift Vouchers

GLDNN gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. GLDNN gift vouchers expire 12 months from date of issue. It is up to the voucher holder to redeem the full value of this GLDNN gift voucher before it expires. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when the voucher expires. Treat the GLDNN voucher like cash, any lost or stolen vouchers will not be refunded & GLDNN accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or destruction of vouchers.

Faulty Items

If you happen to receive a faulty item, please reach out to our customer service team at info@gldnn.com. Specify your order number and please include information with photos where possible.
