Can I return my online order in-store?
Purchases made online can be returned to your closest GLDNN store. Please first contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your return.
Can someone collect my click & collect order on my behalf?
The person picking up your order will need a copy of the order confirmation email and a valid photo identification.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your StarTrack or DHL tracking number. Follow the link to check the status of your delivery, but please note it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.
