Rick Owens SS24 lido kowboy grill platform 45 in groppone cow leather

These kowboy grill platform 45 are below-knee height. they are a pull-on boot with large side eyelets, and a v cut into the front and back top. They have a topstitched seam arcing over the front foot, and feature a 12cm transparent heel (4,5cm rise) and a thick, leather covered, front platform with a bevelled grill, secured with silver rivets.

This heavyweight cow leather is veg tanned and finished using natural waxes. Because this skin is naked, not finished using any pigments covering the skin, natural markings and shadings are visible which makes each skin and product unique.  

Veg tanning means only vegetal and natural tannins were used in the process of tanning and preserving this leather. 

This tannery is lwg certified with a gold rating.
