Rick Owens fw23 Luxor dirt waist leggings in stretch lamb leather

These mastodon cargo pants are full length with a slim fit and an elasticized waist with drawstring. they feature two side pockets, plus two zippered cargo pannier pockets with flaps and tabs on the outer thigh. they have two back pockets with flaps and elasticated ankles.

This stretch lamb leather has a small grain texture and a matte finish. 

This leather is made by a second generation family owned tannery in the south of france specializing only in stretch leather production. each skin is stretched out to its limit and bonded to a cotton and lycra fabric backing. when dyed, the heat of the process activates the lycra elastic fibres that shrink the fabric and with it the skin, back to its original size. the leather then exits the process as stretch.
